My only question, what is the 'Up Time' for? Is that just how long my computer has been on?
Yes, that's exactly what it is.
When I downloaded the skin it didn't have the three penguins or wallpaper though. D:
Is the wallpaper separate? How do I use the itunes function?
The wallpaper should be with it. It should appear when the choose the theme from rainthemes or applied when you first launch it. The 3 penguins are hidden at first, there's a button on the middle of Himari's hand that's suppose to show them when you click it, and middle click to stop them from spinning. To show the button for the penguins, go to rainbrowser or the actual folder find system/commands and change system.ini where it says imagetint on the button and on the last number change it to 255.
Itunes is controlled by the bear at the bottom. Next and back are the green paws, fast forward and rewind are the black spots next to the green paws. Play and pause is the image art in the middle. Toggle itunes is the progression bar. Show/hide info is the green spot on the top of the bears head. To use it, just load itunes/ a song and the ablum art should appear on the bear.
